Merit Globe has a clear strategy to be a leading player in the markets where we engage. If we realistically cannot be a leading player – we don’t engage!

We are a leading player in the M3 Market. With the take-over of all Omnilog operations we can be a leading player in the Jeeves market – and we will continue to invest and develop the market in all Nordic countries in order to be a strong leading Jeeves player.

Our main focus now will be to increase the service level in Sweden to gain trust and success with our existing and new customers. Further growth is not possible with unhappy customers. We will systematically contact and visit our customers and make sure our organization is scaled and tuned right to meet their needs and expectations. We will emphasize on recruitment and continuous training.

With effect from March 1st 2011 we take over all operations – all employees and project deliveries from Omnilog AB. We will then take over approximately 35 consultants and interaction with 180 customers in Scandinavia. We are excited!
