As a consequence of company acquisitions Snellman Group had several different sales systems in use. Big challenges occurred because of differences in operations resulting in a lack of integration which started to act as a hindrance for growth. This created a project to create a common enterprise solution for the whole group. The objective was to find a common way to operate for all independent companies within the group and to boost efficiency overall.

Vendors were selected based on previous experience within the food industry and reference stories. An external advisor consultancy was used to compare and validate the different proposals and they recommended Lawson M3 from Merit Consulting as a suitable solution for Snellman.
